The Jazz Club will be taking a summer break until the autumn. The Monty Club is busy over the summer and musicians and audience supporters alike will be taking holidays.

Mike Prestage on trumpet all the way from Hereford, Mike Blakesley on trombone, Jeff Matthews on reeds, Pete Bereford on Keyboard, Tex Carlton on Bass, and…..a mystery Dummer! Who will it be? £8 entrance.

The Monty Club is very busy in March so we will have to postpone the Sunday Jazz offering till April 14th. To be confirmed.

The band is gearing up for February 18th at the Monty Club. All we need is you. We have a guest on trumpet, David Hurford, guest on keyboard, James Taylor and Larry Tench is back on drums. Tex on bass, Mike on trombone and Jeff on reeds. 1.00-3.00pm.

Wishing all of our ‘Jazzers’ a very Merry Christmas. We will be back with more jazz on January 14th, 1.00 - 3.00 pm when we will have a special guest on keyboards. The irrepressible Derek Harrison. Videos to come.
