Book Flowers DIY

What you need: • Old book or you can use paper. • Toothpicks or skewers. • Hot glue gun or cellotape. • Scissors. • Pen or pencil. Step one • Take out 6 pages from the book your happy to use.These will become your flowers. • Draw a circle around the pages and cut out. • Draw a spiral on the page and cut out. Step two • Using the toothpick or skewer start wrapping 1 page of the book around the toothpick. Keep it as tight as possible. Do this to each page. • Leave yourself a tail for the glue or cellotape. • Use the toothpick or skewer to open up your flower petals. If you feel brave you can allow it to open in your hand naturally. • Once your happy with the size of your flower put glue on the tail and stick your flower on top of the glue and tail. If using cellotape double side your tape. Step three • Using the toothpick or skewer go through the middle of the flower and pop it through the bottom. • Glue around the bottom of the flower. • Place in a vase.
