UBE CHIFFON CAKE RECIPE
na mapapauhgssss ka sa sarap 😋😋
Ingredients
Set A
2 1/2 cup cake flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
8 eggyolks
Set B
3/4 to 1 cup sugar white
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water (240ml)
1-2 tsp emulco ube yam flavoring
Set C
Meringue
8 eggwhites
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup sugar
Use 2 baking pans 9 inches
Procedure
In a bowl Mix dry ingredients except sugar set aside
Combine Set A in a bowl set aside
Combine and mix Set B in another bowl such as eggyolks,sugar,water,oil and ube emulco, mix until sugar is dissolve
Sift in dry ingredients (set A) mix until no lumps do not over mix
Set aside
Meringue set C
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar using whisk attachment of stand mixer or hand mixer (max speed)
Add sugar slowly beat until stiff
Add into egg yolk mixture (set A and B )
cut and fold method
Then divide the batter into 8x3 inches pan or 9*2 inches pan line the bottom with parchment paper (pwedeng wala)
Bake 160c 35 to 45 or until done
