Baked white chocolate cheesecake… I made for the first time back in 1998 whilst working as a young cook in Belfast. I had the recipe wrote down in notebook but mislaid it for a couple of years only to find it a few weeks ago. It’s so good you can have the recipe or order one from us!

Collection this summer is where you can also pick up delicious wine, cheese, chocolate and just about any other random hard to find ingredient. You can also collect from our kitchen in Letterfarck. Order on line at the norahs kitchen site and select a time slot that suits you to collect.

In my honest opinion, Cleggan crab 🦀 is the best in the world and its right here on our doorstep. Its better than lobster...its better than steak...its just the best. For a recent dinner party we teamed it up with a secret dressing and a mango salsa and it was a knock out. Watch out for it popping up on the menu.

Hi everyone, we are back in action from next week serving up all the favourites plus more. For anyone who has not ordered from us before, the concept is a range of speciality meals that you can reheat at home. It's a perfect excuse to put your feet up or take the pressure out of catering for a crowd!

Our kitchen this year will be in Letterfrack where you can collect, alternatively you can pick up from Clifden. You can preorder from this Thursday for collection from Monday. DM us with any questions you have.

Bun cha, definitely my death row meal. We researched the best spot to visit in Hanoi and we were blown away by the little hole in the wall restaurant, 12” plastic chairs, tiny tables and beautiful old ladies chopping their ingredients in the corner. This dish pops up on Norahs Kitchens menu now and again and is a real treat to ignite those memories of travel and adventure

Norahs Kitchen will re open this weekend for Spring and Summer. We have been working hard to add new dishes inspired by our recent travels through Portugal, The Basque Country, and Brittany. We have kept some of last years favourite dishes that we just can’t let go of.
Orders being taken for this week for collection this coming weekend including bank holiday Monday. Pick up in the usual spot in Clifden.
