Weekend's almost here!
Who's in for pizza and cider?
We will be setting up at Pagan cider this Sunday, and what a combo! 🔥Pizza and a great range of ciders to pair them with. I believe there will be mulled cider as well as it will be a tat 🥶 on Sunday, nothing a cider and Neapolitan pizza can't fix 😊
We're bringing one of our specials, the "bianco" (olive oil, fresh garlic, mozzarella, potato, rosemary, fior di latté, S+P and a drizzle of fig syrup)
"Margherita" (needs no explanation)
"Sopressa salami"
(Toamato sugo, Mozzarella, chilli sopressa, kalamata olives, fior di latte, Rocket.)
"Marinara" (no, a Marinara is not a seafood pizza, it's one of the oldest and still kicking! With just tomato sugo, fresh garlic, oregano and olive oil. (Vegan) anchovies can be added )
'Tania will make her VEGAN BOCONCINI" to add to the Marinara or replace the fior di latte on the Margherita.
After this one, Tania and I will be away for 2 weeks but we are excited to announce that we will have a few permanent local venues we are currently working on and it's looking promising.
After selling our successful pizza business and restaurant "harborganics" in South australia we are getting back to our roots here in the Valley (ok, I can hear you think, flippin mainlanders! 😄)
We have been coming to the valley for the last 15 years and we were in the position last year to make it our home here in Petcheys bay and lovin it.
Markets, small events and weddings have always been something we loved doing and it's great to be back after a 4 month break from it all.
So, if you ever had a pizza in Napoli, then you'll know 😉
We will be at Pagan cider from 12 - 3 pm or until sold out.
