I wanted to share some photos from the workshop I hosted last month: Eating for Anxiety. It was a great time with lots of learning and tasty food! If you attended, please drop a comment 👇
I had several requests to host more workshops, and I am looking at early March for my next one. I have a few ideas in mind, but please feel free to let me know what you would like to see/learn.

Good morning 🌞
I wanted to take a moment and share some of the awesome recipes I've been working on, as a result of my class through the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. This has been a very enriching learning experience so far, and I am excited to share my knowledge in 2023.
I will be hosting a workshop at the Hanscom Community Center next month as part of my final assignment for this course. More details to come soon, and I will be offering seats to this group first for a nominal fee. Hope you are all doing well, and I look forward to working with some of you next year!

Hi All! Just wanted to take a moment and share this awesome little farm/farm market I've recently started shopping at. It's in Concord, and they sell all their OWN organic produce. Occasionally some from other local farms. Quality is excellent, prices are fair, and no commercial items are mixed into the bunch. Highly recommend!

Happy New Year friends & followers! I've had a handful of new faces around here as of late, so I thought I'd do a little intro👋🏻
My name is Natalie, the face, hands, and driving force behind Salty Chef Productions. I've been cooking most of my life, professionally for about a decade. My family and I PCSd from California in March of 2021, and so far have been enjoying the East Coast. I am originally from Southern California, so it's been a pretty big change.
I've worked in various types of kitchens including bakeries, a cooking school, and multiple restaurants. Before leaving California, I had landed my dream job working with a local brewery to open their first Brewpub. I was the head chef for 2+ years. It was incredibly rewarding and equally trying. Having spent a year of that time working during the pandemic, I knew I needed a break from industry life when we moved. But I had no idea what my next chapter would be. I was almost immediately restless after moving into our home and I had to do something to stay busy. So SCP was born! It has grown beyond anything I ever anticipated, and I'm learning SO much. I'm able to do what I love and still have time for my family and for myself. I hope to take some courses in culinary nutrition later this year, and eventually grow my business from there. Endlessly grateful for this community and all the support 🙏

Good Morning and Happy Sunday ☀️
I am currently listening to this audio book and I had to share! If you are interested in learning more about how to eat better, feed your gut, or the pros and cons of different types of diets, I can not recommend this book enough! There is so much misinformation out there in regards to food quality, supplements, a "one size fits all" diet trend, etc. This book uses science to break it all down in a very tangible and easy to understand way. If you're not committed to buying the book or the audible, the author Shawn Stevenson also has a podcast called "The Model Health Show". Check it out!

Good morning, I hope everyone had a pleasant weekend!
I am posting to let everyone know that I, unfortunately have to suspend my services indefinitely. I have been denied my request to do business from my home on base. So I will be spending some time trying to find an alternative location, OR trying to find an alternative business plan that suits the restrictions of both housing and public health.

For anyone and everyone who has supported me and my little business, thank you so much. I've thoroughly enjoyed serving this community and I look forward to doing so again in the near future.

Cauliflower roasted in Frank's red hot, topped with blue cheese dressed slaw, and fresh pico de gallo, wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Served with chips and homemade guacamole. $11

Chicken & Sweet Potato Enchilada Stack.
Shredded chicken in a fresh chili sauce, stacked with layers of corn tortillas, sweet potato, and a cheedar/jack cheese blend. Server along side a fresh green salad topped with a creamy, cilantro lime dressing and pepitas.
