Hi there! 👋 I’m Abbey, Owner and Founder of BornEvents MKE. Also, just your everyday average coffee and sparkle loving girl, who LOVES putting on AMAZING events! ✨

I started BornEvents after my dad encouraged me in 2020, saying, "You should start an event planning business called BornEvents." Get it? Because Bornemeier is my last name! After lots of thinking, coffee, and brainstorming calls, BornEvents was BORN! ☕️

When I first started college, I wasn't sure what to major in or where to start. I was invited to attend a meeting for the American Marketing Association (AMA). From there, I got involved in the organization, gaining hands-on experience planning local fundraising events. That's when I found my passion for event planning and giving back to the community. After college, I worked a few event planning jobs and decided to follow my personal dream of starting my very own event planning business whose mission is to improve the local community. Now, in 2021, my dream is becoming a reality.
