Mo is fueled by her passion and understanding of the culinary arts intrigued by the nuances of cross-cultural cuisine. She considers herself a ‘forever student,’ eager to build on her "self-taught" culinary foundation. Her hunger for knowledge and determination to turn the simplest plate into a work of culinary art is amazing to see. Mo attributes her culinary foundation with her grandmother and her own Mother along with Top Chefs worldwide for all that she has learned. Monique supports local farmers and prides her dishes on the usage of fresh herbs, spices and local butcher cuts in her "farm to table" approach to preparing meals...Monique believes passion is the key to her success-a tenet she lives out through her interests in everything she aspires to do.
