Mo’s Homestyle Gourmet extremely tender melt in ya mouth-Quick-Chick filets…(tenderloins gently pounded out to cutlet size, a ‘lil dry white wine, chicken stock, and heavy cream) A few more ingredients and we would have had a true Chicken Marsala. Sometimes you gotta do it with what you have on hand…and it was gooooodt!!! 😉
