I really wanted to dub these photos with Funkdoobiest but my new co CEO (amazing new husband) Mr. Pike sweetly chuckled at me when I told for the 10th time how I love the juxtaposition of wedding flowers and hip hop.

We both grew up in the punk scene of our individual small towns so when we met in our late 30’s we bonded over our shared music experience. And it’s sweet, he is well versed in some of the collectives I like and I can go to a metal show and totally enjoy myself. In fact the other month he took me to a show with him and the next week he came to a show with me. ❤️ 🎵

A little summer while it’s raining. For the next 3 days I’m going to post about this amazing private estate-vacation rental. It has private lakes, a forest and private access to the ocean sand dunes .

When I first started working on my social media for my business I read that it was really important to use songs that were trending. I did that but it didn’t feel right, it wasn’t authentic to who I am or what brings me joy. So you may have noticed I’ve chosen to go against the grain and start using music that makes me smile.
