The weather may not be ideal for a picnic on the beach, but we’re making the most of it! With some last minute adjustments in venue, we were still able to set up a beautiful surprise party for the birthday girl ✨🤍💐

For this intimate group picnic for 8, we used their existing dining table, and added our arch + LED birthday sign, and our grazing board display table. They enjoyed some classic grazing boards, and a vegan snacker board, as well as a dozen yummy cupcakes (not pictured) from The Buttercup Farm Bakery, (who was able to accommodate their vegan requests!) and a couple of beautiful floral arrangements from Beaver Creek Blooms! 💐

For indoor picnics, we typically ask that there is a space cleared for our tables, pillows, blankets, and decor. But if you would prefer to use any existing tables and furniture, we will happily accommodate any requests! 🧺🥰

We didn’t get many photos of yesterdays mini picnic because we were short on time, but I snapped one before we finished setting up! The sun ended up coming out, and the addition of the jumbo games really makes it so much fun! 🧺🤍✨ We still have a few weekday spots open in September - book asap before they’re gone!

We set up this pretty blue picnic for a couple visiting Lincoln City! This is our “Total Package” option which includes a picnic for two, our umbrella, and the classic grazing board. We were worried about the fog while we were setting up, but as soon as our picnickers arrived, the fog faded away! It turned out to be a lovely day. Thank you for choosing Salt & Sea Picnic Company!! Our beach front Mini Picnics are back for a limited time! Through the month of September, book a Mini Picnic for 2 for just $100 from Monday-Thursday on our beautiful Nye Beach! Is it getting a little breezier on the beach? Sure! It is the Oregon Coast after all. But Nye Beach has some great packed down sand, so you don’t need to worry about anything blowing in your face (or your food!). Pack a windbreaker/sweatshirt and use one of our provided blankets to keep yourself warm and comfy, and enjoy a beautiful sunny picnic on the beach 🧺☀️🤍

Late post but I have to share this beautiful picnic from this evening! The lights were glowing so beautifully when I came to break everything down, I had to take a picture! We’ve been setting up lots of picnics at Fogarty beach, and it’s not hard to see why! Such a picturesque location 🤍🕯️🧺✨

How fun is this gender reveal idea!! This was our second picnic of the day yesterday. They requested a cake with either pink or blue inside, and we surprised them with some powder cannons as well! This beautiful cake was made by Little Finch Bakery and went so perfectly with the set up, and it smelled DELICIOUS! Congratulations to this wonderful couple on their newest addition 💙🥰

We had two picnics yesterday, at the same time and location! Thanks to a lot of help from Little Finch Bakery we were able to get it done! 🙌🏻🫶🏻 This was our first Aloha Picnic set up! Featuring palm tree plates, some fun Hawaiian themed pillows, and some delicious plate lunch from Cafe 235: Hawaiian Fusion 🤤 Proceeds from our Aloha Picnic Packages are donated directly to families affected by the Maui Fires.🌴🌺🌈
