To cut through some nuptial confusion, there are common assumptions about a coordinator's role on the wedding day as well as our actual roles in each activity. I break this down in our consultations but rest assured, I am with you every step of the way. I see you transition from Miss to Mrs. Often times I l exceed my job description because I care. Periodically check in with the DJ, monitor catering, inspect lighting so you don’t miss your special moment, support cake cutting, yes I check your table to make sure you eat dinner 🫣

The cryo gun is best used when your reception/party is already turned up. Once you do fire it, I highly recommend timing it when the beat drops. Whether the lighting is bright or dimmed, this moment will create amazing photos. I’m always nearby in case you need me 😬 Check with your Dj or planner to add this special effect.

Including little ones in your wedding is absolutely aww-inducing. During the rehearsal, the ring bearer was confident and ready for the job. Wedding day he froze, so I had to get down to his level and assure him everything was ok and he’ll do a great job. Look at this amazing smile coming down the aisle. His little suit & bow tie was so cute. He was the life of the party at the reception.

The Bride's garter can be removed with the Grooms hands or maybe his teeth—the moment can be as flirty and raunchy as you feel comfortable with! I’m right there to capture it all 😂 Of course, not all weddings have a bride and a groom, or a wedding dress to reach under for that matter! So feel free to adapt the activity to make it more your own.

One of the sweetest moments I get to witness is seeing the Bride before all the guests and sometimes the Groom. Last minute makeup touches, fluff your dress, check your hair & veil, tissue to wipe your tears and yes I offer mints 😆
Book a planner/coordinator that cares about even the smallest details. It makes a huge difference.

✨Wedding Tip✨

The week before your big day create a box of wedding details you would like your photographer to capture. These are the small personal items that make your wedding unique. When your photographer arrives they can start right away with details shots.

Here is a list of some of the things to put aside for your photographer.

✨Bride Details - extra florals, ring, ring box, perfume, shoes, jewelry, hair piece, invitations, garter, veil, vow books.

✨Grooms Details - cuff links, watch, tie, boutonnière, shoes, drinks, ci**rs, ring, cologne, socks, extra florals.

✨Tip for photographers-always remind your couples a few days before to group detail items together. It's a good idea to also let them know the benefits of why.

He always put such emphasis on the rings & vows; I’m convinced, he practices what he preach.

It saddens me that his Wife, First Lady Tamar Wisdom of almost 40 years, will be laid to rest this weekend. Their love story is beautiful and he absolutely adored her. Please keep the immediate/ church family in your prayers.
