As a small, new business we never think of ourselves as competition to other businesses who have been going longer than us, we are only three months into our venture and extremely grateful we have already so many loyal customers and businesses behind us.

We take pride in all our work and ensure we source the best quality products so all our customers are left satisfied and we have spent so much time researching the market and putting this into the best training we can offer.

As a small business we like to think our prices reflect the quality of our products however we appreciate not everybody can afford our higher prices and therefore will continue to do raffles or sales to make this fair for all our clientele.

We do appreciate there are many other businesses doing what we do and that's why we love and appreciate our customers for giving us the change as a new and upcoming business ❤️

📢 POLITE NOTICE!

Good Evening everyone.
We really didn't want to have to post something like this so soon however i hope you can all understand our reasonings behind this.

Unfortunately, recently weve had a few bookings that have cancelled on us last minuet. We completely understand circumstances change but please try to be mindful we are a business and already extremely flexible with payments but when you cancel on us last minuet this not only means loss of wages but loss of stock.

Going forward we are now having to ask for a 50% non refundable deposit upon booking and the remaining balance the day before your booking.
We will no longer be accepting cash and no booking will be saved until deposit is paid.
All cancellations within a specific period will still be required to make payments as below:
8-6 weeks notice - 25%
6-4 weeks notice - 50%
4-2 weeks notice - 75%
Under 2 weeks notice - 100%

We hope you can understand our reasons for this and continue to support our business 🥰
