Thursday Night Trivia at Jackson Hall

Good evening everybody,

As you have probably guessed by six months of radio silence, there has been little movement on bringing back trivia at Jackson Hall. I am sorry we have not been able to bring back something a lot of you enjoyed and were able to share in with me.

At the current time, there are no imminent plans for me to resume hosting in-person trivia, but if you know of any businesses that might want to add a trivia night to their schedule, let me know. I would be happy to ramp it up again for the right situation.

As always, if anything comes up, I will post here and you will be the first to know.

Without Alex Trebek being beamed into millions of living rooms every night, without generations of fans dreaming of being on Jeopardy, it is safe to say trivia nights would not be a "thing" the way we know them today. This trivia host, for one, realized it was cool to know a lot of seemingly random information to impress your friends and family with by yelling answers at the TV every evening. Or at least, that's what I told myself.

Remember when we said two weeks ago that we'd be back in two weeks? Well....we lied, though not intentionally. But, you the fans deserve a top-notch product, and we were unable to provide that tonight. Consider it a brief vacation for yours truly...that I'm spending at work.

HOWEVER, stay tuned - Thursday, October 29th at 8 PM we will be hosting a very, very, SPOOKTACULAR edition of Thursday Night Zoom Trivia - and hopefully the biggest contest yet - with ACTUAL prizes! More details will be on the way...
