We are opening up our orders for Holiday Parties, Pre Christmas Meals, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

We have several menu offerings for you to choose from. All meals are refined sugar free, gluten-free, organic, and plant-based. Meals will be delivered for an extra charge hot and ready to serve or can be picked up at a central location.

No matter your stance on diet, I think there’s one universal truth we can’t deny; eating a diet rich in whole, fresh, local, unprocessed, hydrating foods that veer towards alkalinity has PROFOUND effects on human health.

We weren’t created to eat human made “ingredients”, toxic chemicals, and fake foods.

Our bodies require 4 main elements: hydrogen, oxygen, carbon, and nitrogen.

All of which should come directly through our breath, water, and food.

If the food on your plate isn’t making you feel great…

You may want to rethink what you’re putting on your plate.

Not all foods are created equal. One type of bread is a completely different “breed” than another.

Our fruits should be cooked, but kept in their raw natural form and seeded.

While some veggies are easier to digest cooked (think: potatoes), others are best eaten raw.

Not all food combinations digest well either.

It takes stripping back what we’ve been conditioned to belief about food, nutrition and these food fads, and completely turning them on their heads.

That’s our bread and butter at The Alkalign Lifestyle Cafe.

It’s what we live, breathe, and teach.

It’s the medium through I am able to express the abundance of beauty, flavors, nourishment, playfulness, fun that stems from Mama Gaia.

It’s the spiritual need that brings people together on something we can all relate to, converse over, and connect.

Creating a meal is a work of both are and science. No stone is ever left unturned when cultivating a menu for those I serve.
