There is an undeniable allure and beauty in the unexpected.. Rain on a wedding day.
I tell all my couples that no matter what, their day will be perfect, and it’s the absolute truth! Nobody can control the weather, so there is no point to stress about it. Just make sure to always have a weather back up plan for any outdoor event, and a wedding professional by your side to help make that call if needed.

Swooning over all these details!
Kristen and Scott’s backyard wedding had some serious glam! One may think that vintage and rustic are two totally different themes, but when paired together, can create something truly magical.
provided the lounge, sweetheart and cake table. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to host an elevated outdoor event, especially in the Sussex County area - they’re local 😍by.lisa.ny provided the floral decor which included eucalyptus garlands with white garden roses & Pampas grass used dress up the sides of the tent, which I was obsessed with! That look really popped with the blue chair sashes.
Hay bails were used for guest seating during ceremony, keeping it a little casual & country.
But what takes the cake, is well the cake itself! Made by - This 4 tiered buttercream dream had mountains etched on the side to compliment the couples love of snowboarding.

Congratulations to Kristen and Scott who said I Do at their home yesterday! Their backyard was transformed into a gorgeous rustic reception with an outdoor living room, yard games, and live music. I love everything about a winter wedding! The decor gives all the romantic feels - a classic white tablecoth, gold accented candles, mixed with some low evergreen pieces and chestnut wood reception chairs ✨The ballgown the bride is wearing is pure perfection too!
