Anna Liza E. Faminialagao “Zsa” for short started this Outdoor Company in 1996 to her hometown Tarlac City, Tarlac from their garage home to rent a stall in shopping center.
An Emeritus member of Colegio de San Juan de Letran, CLiMB Letran Mountaineer batch 1995 & a founding member of NEST-GAME Tarlac in 1992. Once a Mountain Search And Rescue Team volunteer in 1996.
In 1997, met this mountain guy Job Faminialagao owner of Sandugo Sandals at Mt. Halcon climb & formally acquainted one of her supplier in business Trek Outdoor Shop introduced them.
In 1999, the two became one & the rest is a history from Deviant Outdoor Shop to Sandugo Outdoor Shop, Camp Sandugo, Khumbu Adventure the store name evolved to BaseKamp!
Zsa had been to Everest Base Camp twice supported 1st Filipino Everest Summit”Kaya Ng Pinoy!” 2006 in Nepal base camp & 1st Filipina Everest Summit”Kaya Ng Pinay!” to traverse Tibet to Nepal in Tibet base camp. From Base Camp to BaseKamp as her business name.
Now, she supports in their trainings & trekking her young adults Yuji & Jemima Faminialagao Y Espinosa Mt. Everest Expedition 2020 in preparation to bid for 2024 Everest summit.
Truly, it is living the dream!
