PLEASE HIRE A PROFESSIONAL COORDINATOR.
Being in the industry for almost 4 years now, makes us more reliable and professional in our field. But is saddening, that there are so called self proclaimed "coordinators", they introduced themselves as coordinator but it is funny that it's just their first time. With all due respect to our future bride and grooms, please hire a professional. Having witnessed a recent wedding, as in all are in chaos. Professional coordinators will do everything they can to make your wedding day as perfect as possible. Ung tipong wla ka ng intindihin at gagawin, dhil bago mo pa man isipin ay ok na, all settled na lahat.

Being in the industry as lucrative as it is, please be humble lalo na pag nag uumpisa pa lang. We remember when we were just starting out, we were simple , we always coordinate with other suppliers. We respect the rules of the venue and we are not overbearing.

Nakakalungkot lang isipin, na pag sinabi nilang coordinator sila, kala nila alam na nila lahat. Which will never be the case, it will always be a constant learning experience. You learn something new in every event that you handle, and as you progress, you should go back to your roots. And stay humble as you were before when you're just starting out.

FYI: Hindi po overnight ang pagiging professional in a certain field. So those who are aspiring to be coordinators, sna po maging humble po tyo lagi. You organized, you managed but most of all you coordinate properly. And respect should always be there.

Sadly ito nangyayari ngyn. Porket binayaran ang coordinator ginagawa n kaming mga PA minsan. Clients sometimes forget that we are professionals, we have tasks that are more important keysa pagkuha po ng tubig 😅😂 anyway.
Kahit na po we go extra mile pra lang d ma stress ang couple or celebrant, mging happy lang. I guess its time for people to know n may limitations dpat.
Na experience dn nmin ito sa. other suppliers. Oo nga nman, d nyo kmi PA. Kau na kmuha ng mga gamit ninyo. Kaya nga kau team dn, we are here to coordinate, to help you but we are not your assistants (we will not mention n lang) But of course na experience n nmin ito. Not once but a number of times.

To our future clients we are a team of coordinators who are experienced in this field. And we are happy to be of help on your special day. =) Sna nman maintindihan nyo po itong lahat.

Agree. Wedding suppliers has their own scope of work and timeline. Sadly this really happens in weddings and also other events. But as professionals we try to understand them as much as we could.

Morning weddings can be a little bit tiring because of the early call time. But think of it as an advantage because your wedding day can finish earlier, and you can rest earlier at the end of the day.
