Yeah boi! Fresh ingredients with the quinoa and brown rice pasta from Aldi's lol. But instead of melting mozzarella on a chicken parmesan, I just made it mozzarella cheese sauce 🤤. I'ma make a video of this one day. Praise God for what he gifts us! 🙏🏼

BEST BIRRIA TACOS AND SOUP EVER!!! Not playing, I almost stopped cooking after I tasted this lol cuz I couldn't make this this good 😅

You have to get BOTH the tacos and the soup! Really amazing stuff. And pick up some Mexican candy too lol

Was given the opportunity to cater for an amazing realtor group last night. Vision boards and Tacos were on the menu for them last night! Appreciate the love and reception of the food!

Steak Tacos, Spanish rice, toppings with chips and salsa. Topping included pickled red onions, pickled jalapenos, queso fresco, chopped onion and cilantro with lime crema and or a pablano verde sauce.

Had the opportunity to cater a real estate sponsor appreciation event this past weekend. Everyone’s taste buds were going crazy!
