Roasted Beets with tart apples, goat cheese and balsamic vinegar.
Smoked pork belly glazed with Korean Gochujang sauce served with kimchi mayo in warm tortillas
Roasted leg of lamb with fresh mint sauce, served over barley risotto with spring vegetables.
Fresh berries and homemade vanilla and honey whipped cream overtop strawberry infused sponge cake.

Each course is paired with the excellent beers brewed by Bearded Owl Brewing

We are at it again with on Sunday, December 5th. Mark your calendars and get your tickets ordered. It may not be your mom’s lasagna, but this next menu is specialty dishes from different regions of Italy. We have a ton of new beers coming out as well that will be featured with this meal.

Tickets include a 4 course meal in an intentional dinning experience. Beer pairing included with each course. These dinners are small, fun and intimate.
