She then created SOulDIVINE, a mobile wellness company that incorporates hula hooping with alternative health activities/practices, such as yoga, guided meditation, reiki, and vibrational sound therapy. 🧘

First off, Rachael is multi-talented 👏 - she was a trainer in 2015, became a cybersecurity engineer, and is also a certified prenatal/postnatal fitness trainer. She ultimately founded FemSweat because she wanted to create a safe space for women to explore dynamic fitness activities. 🏃
FemSweat has quite a variety of activities to choose from! Tennis club, run club, cycling events, mindfulness socials, and Beltline Fit Babes are just some of the exciting opportunities for ATL women to take part in. 🙌
