Just finished my last delivery of the day! Can’t believe I got to cook for 184 of you beautiful Calgarians (and area). Thank you all so much for your patience today as deliveries took much longer than expected with the road conditions. I hope you all enjoyed your meals, have a very merry Christmas and a wonderful New year! Also shout out to my amazing sisters Laura and Bev, and father-in-law Ross for helping me deliver today, I most definitely could not have done it without you❤️❤️❤️

What a wonderful night! Had an absolute blast cooking today!

My first ever attempt at a Greek Mezze Platter for the surprise birthday dinner I catered 😊

Featuring grass-fed Alberta ribeye (flat cap butchers inc) with Greek chimichurri butter, Astakos tis skhara (Greek style lobster), Alberta roasted beets with local honey, (beeland market) pistachio (going nuts) and goat cheese (sylvanstar cheese) crispy Greek lemon potatoes (panoramayyc), cumin roasted carrots with spiced Greek yogurt, briam (roasted eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers, red onion tossed with olive oil, lemon juice, tomato paste and oregano) (tomatoman)

Tried to get as much local produce from the farmers market today as I could, the rest is from MasterMeats

Definitely learned a lot today, can’t wait for the next one 💪

For dessert- Apple crisp with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce
