🌞Mōrena, lve been a bit quiet on here lately as lm half way through my raranga course which has been taking up some of my time, but lm soooo loving it should have done it sooner, 🫶I still make sure my local store in Kinloch is topped up with Flax Floristry bouquets so if you are in the neighborhood pop in to the Kinloch store, have a coffee and muffin 😋and take a look💐
Harvesting is one of my favorite places to be and I am so grateful for this particular Harakeke bush, which I have named Granny Rose 🌹after my tupuna(yes after 11 years looking after and taking care of her she deserves it 😊), you may see me there harvesting or tiding her up some days or as your walking past say 'Kia ora Granny Rose' she'll love that❤️l also want to thank friends who have kindly let me harvest from there Harakeke bush, l'll take good care of those too😘
🤔Hmm some names are coming to mind! 😁
l have a challenge this semester to make a Pākē (rain cape) which lm doing for my husband or nephew (haven't made my mind up yet), l will put my progress up every now and then🫣. Exciting times ahead 👏Have a wonderful weekend with whānau and friends lovelies ❤️
Note.. the muka did not come from Granny Rose 🌹
