ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT 🪩

Aris Annunziato, aka Aris A1 was born and raised in Napoli, a vibrant city In south Italy.

Having left his city at the age of 19 and having travelled from Naples to Berlin, and from London to Perth, Aris has carried with him a passion for electronic and dance music. Alongside his djing adventure, Aris began producing his own records mixing acoustic and electronic elements while enjoying the creative music process.

Having managed to have his music signed with international labels such as Jambutek Recording, Eject records, Pleasure in Mind, Rendr, Lacuna Recording and Need, Aris is just at the beginning of his musical adventure.

Exploring deep and driving house music, alongside hints of Funk, Jazz and Soul, Aris strives for a groovy yet soothing sound bridging the gap of music’s capacity to imitate emotions and its social value. Being involved in a variety of musical projects collaborating with local artists, Aris’ aim is to create unity through artistic expression.

He is currently acting as the A&R for the locally owned music label LVCHLD aiming to support the networking of rising producers in the electronic music space.

ARTIST ANNOUNCEMENT 🪩

D-Synth a Perth based producer, musician, DJ and sound engineer. Over the past 15 years, he has toured the globe as a sound engineer, backline technician and arrangement assistant for the likes of Simple Minds, Azari, III and Chris Isaac just to name a few. D-Synth now utilises these acquired skills to release his vision of disco inspired grooves mixed with world soul and rhythm.

2022 was the first year D-Synth released music via Pina Colada Records and Soulful Evolution Records, based out of the UK. His first release “Taking My Time”, an original production with all elements played by D-Synth, stayed in the Nu-Disco Top 100 charts for two weeks, a small milestone for the up and coming producer.

As a DJ, he has played at Ambar back in the day, for the Wavelength crew and at various small bars around town.

This Friday night D-Synth joins the GRUVE crew to lay down some classic disco to start, followed by some re-edits and a bit of house to pick the night up a little. Playing from 8.15-9.30pm with support from Abyss Deep Sound Lab, Alan Badran and Aris A1, it will surely be a night of local goodness and euphoric vibes.
