We have been getting this question very frequently, so we’ll put a PSA for anyone that may have a similar question!

Q: “I don’t think I would be able to make the pick up for my section. Can I send someone to pick up for me ?”

A: Yes, Please schedule an appt under the name of the troupes member you are picking up for. Please note that the person who is picking up your costume will be responsible for signing the receipt after receiving your costume. Be sure that before this person picks up your costume the agreement form is COMPLETE!

Q: “What all will I need to collect my costume and/or jouvert package?”

A: Valid ID
Order Number or Invoice Number Payment Screenshot
Completed Agreement Form

Q: “Do I have to make an appointment, can’t I just swing by?”

A: ABSOLUTELY NOT! BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT IS ESSENTIAL! Failure to book an appointment may lead to being turned away or experiencing extended wait times. WE ARE NOT ALLOWING WALK INS AT MAS CAMP!

Q: “What will happen if I miss the pick up day for my section?”

A: Kindly attend your scheduled appointment on the designated day for your session. Missed appointments will necessitate rescheduling for Wednesday (Final Pick-Up).

It’s an EXTRAORDINARY Carnival Raffle at the VI Lottery🎉

Enter your EX86 ticket for a chance to win tickets to VIL-sponsored events for St. Thomas Carnival 2024. Epic Mas Carnival Jouvert Packages are amongst the great prices!

The deadline to enter is Monday, April 22 and the raffle draws on Tuesday, April 23. Winners will be notified via the email provided and are required to present the lottery ticket entered to claim the event ticket.
