Meet one of our OG Dashers, Coddy.

Competing from: England (by way of Belgium). 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇧🇪

Favorite Dash Challenge: “I am always up for the eating challenges, the adrenaline kicks in and anything can happen in the moment (like being disqualified because the noodles that should have been in my mouth somehow ended up on my shirt) Sorry team! Haha

However, the scavenger hunts on the last day tops everything! It's the race to the finish line! You need to make brutal choices on points vs time and inevitably getting into heated arguments within the team. Having my bestie Cedric saying “go f*ck yourself, a teammate wanting to quit, or running into breathing issues. Maybe it's me? 😂 It’s all in great fun though and once you cross the line, all turns into a laugh with beers in hand.”

Favorite Dash Memory: “Oh wow, I will have to share two. First race in Thailand, arriving at the rooftop, knowing it's all over, having won and being absolutely shattered but then being fed beer & awesome finger food with a view. Second, ending the day on a private island in Indonesia, 200 beers arriving, setting up the tent and playing music.”

Ideal next Dash Race location: “Burma/Myanmar (maybe not right now)”

Last question, how do you feel about Balut? “I like it! I mean once you get over the crunchiness, the taste is great.”
