Chartwells Catering at Wichita State University will be providing all of the food this year and we cannot wait for you to experience it all. When We approached Chartwells about VOW 25, we told them we wanted the food to be familiar, filling, and creative. We wanted a variety of small bites (that are filling) that you could easily make your way through the environment with and not feel confined to a table so that you can maximize your mingle time!

VOW 25 will feature 2 food stations that will be available through out the night. Check them out!
Station 1: Build Your Own Bruschetta Bar

Breads:

-Artisan Crackers
-Lavosh
-Sliced Artisan Garlic Loaf
-Garlic Crostini’s
-Fresh Crudité

Spreads:

-Whipped Goat Cheese with Honey & Pistachio

One of our favorite things about their team is the attention to detail that they put into the visual presentation of their food. It is just as equally delicious as it is visually appealing!

VOW The Party is running it back on Feb 7, 2025 at !

We are so excited to be throwing another party for Wichita wedding vendors! We will be releasing everything from the food to the theme and everything in between 🥂

At VOW 25 we are taking the best parts of VOW 23 & VOW 24 and putting them front and center.

There will be a HUGE emphasis on a cocktail hour like experience and an even more inclusive dance party that guests have come to expect from VOW!

VOW The Party is all about bringing the vendor community together to dress up and experience a night full of fun, amazing food, cocktails & mocktails, dancing, and hanging out with your friendors.

Presale tickets dropping THIS Friday Nov 22nd at noon for VOW members.

$60 for the first 50 tickets!!

Tickets will open up to all Wichita wedding vendors on Nov 25th for $75!!
