We are started out as a small group of friends hosting occasional themed events at our homes. We enjoyed having good, old fashioned family-style dinners, game nights, girls and guys night in events as well as various supper club type paid events. My second boat in fact, but larger than the first. I come from a big family, many of whom are avid boaters and w

ater lovers. My great-great grandfather is a famous Black sea captain. He is credited with being instrumental in helping President Lincoln win the Civil War.

Well, my creative juices quickly kicked in giving birth to dozens of new, unique dining experiences on and off the water. My brands include Gatsby’s on the Bay, the Supper Club at Sea, 3 Chef Showdown and the Candlelight Cabaret. Fast forward to today. I live, work and play on land and at sea. After the pandemic, I decided to revive The Candlelight Cabaret that combines the 3 Chef Showdown and multi-sensory dining. Please come experience our events for yourself.
