2024 Fort Bend County Fair Cook-Off in the Books!

Crack Shack BBQ showed up and showed out.
We gave it our all and fell short on bringing home some hardware this year, but had one hell of a time at the Crack Shack BBQ tent!

Crack Shack BBQ traveled to Needville this weekend to compete in the 2024 Needville Youth Fair BBQ Cook-Off. We put our best foot forward and were able to walk away as Overall Champions! We received 1st place for Ribs and another 1st place for Chicken. We had fun and are thankful the weather held off.

Crack Shack BBQ had a successful weekend at this years 2023 Fort Bend County Fair BBQ Cookoff! We ended up with 5th Place Brisket out of 74 teams. We gave all other categories a solid run but fell short unfortunately. We want to personally say THANK YOU to all of this years sponsors, it would not be possible without each and everyone of you! We hope it was a good time had by all and we will see you Next Year! ✌🏼

Crack Shack BBQ would like to help you celebrate this 4th of July weekend by offering some of our delicious smoked meats.

Whole 15lb Beef Brisket $120 each
Whole Racks of St. Louis Style Pork Ribs $30 each
Whole 10lb Pork Shoulder/Butt Shredded $50 each
Pan of 12 Chicken Leg Quarters $36 each
Turkey Legs Minimum order is 6 $30

All meat will be slow smoked using Pecan Wood.
All orders must be placed by 12pm on July 1st 2021.
A deposit of 50% of order total must be placed at time of order.
Orders must be picked up between 2-4pm Saturday July 3rd 2021 @ 6814 Trinity Trail Ln. Rosenberg TX 77469.
