Soul Promotions is back with our new fantastic venue the Vibe Night Club and Bar , so join us on Fri 29th March 2024 7pm - 3 am, start the bank holiday with a bang. Also if you're wondering about the Alhambra at Morecambe, I'm please to say, we're organizing another major event there next year, watch out for full details on Facebook, Instagram and Soul Source. Recently some people have queried why the 9th of December event has been cancelled. As everyone knows the lift broke down and we're delighted to say it has now been repaired and is in full working order.
However, unfortunately by the time it was fixed, we had lost nearly three weeks of our national, promotional campaign and it takes another three weeks for ordering and printing flyers. This would have put us nearly six weeks behind schedule for posting and distributing. The people who attended our last two events came from as far afield as Scotland, Australia and Portsmouth and it was felt that there was not enough time left to distribute the 20,000 flyers to fully promote the event. But every cloud has a silver lining, for full details of our next event and TICKETS watch this space. A big thanks to everyone who attended our last two fantastic nights at the Alhambra. We are looking forward to seeing you all at our next one.

A massive thanks to everyone who attended the Morecambe Oldies Revival at The Alhambra and to the DJs in both rooms who played fantastic music, which made the night another success. It was great to see so many people who filled the new larger dance floor and the extra seating worked a treat. We can now all rest those tired feet and chill out until our next one in Morecambe on Saturday the 9th December, 7pm till 3am, for our early xmas bash!

Stop press, the Alhambra has informed us that the lift is unfortunately out of order and can't be fixed until next week. So if anybody knows a friend with mobility issues, please let them know that the only access to this event is by the main stairs. The management apologies for any inconvenience caused.

The Alhambra management have asked me to let you all know, that the bar is fully stocked with drinks at reasonable prices, plus if you’re driving that night, they have put on a driver's special promotion, a pint of coke is just £2.50, and any pint of cordial and soda, is just £1 a pint. Pay for all your drinks by cash or card at any of the bars, it couldn't be simpler. Everybody is talking about this event, not long now until this Saturday! See you all there! It's nearly here, this Saturday sees us all back at Morecambe for another Oldies Revival in the main hall, plus the Carleton Inn room, spinning all those rare and underplayed tunes. The buzz on this one has been amazing, can't wait to see everyone.

He's also bringing his extensive record stall with him. So now's your chance to grab those elusive records you've been chasing, I should just add that all record dealers are welcome and we don't charge for tables. So, back at the Alhambra, Morecambe for the second instalment of this superb ‘Soul Promotions’ event. No one has been working harder than Shaun to make sure this next event on August 19th is a tremendous success, and I for one, know it will be.

A great line up of original ‘Morecambe’ DJ’s together with a selection of well-known names and respected soul-spinners guarantee a great night out for anyone coming along.

It’s not often a new venue comes along that’s REALLY this GOOD, a proper real deal Northern night! So, come on peeps, Let’s Be Avvin Ya!
