My name is Jennifer Rueda Warnecki, and I wanted to start off by saying that I am honored to be in this role and witness the love between two people! I am a hopeless romantic and getting to see couples in love helped me pursue my dreams of becoming a Wedding Officiant. d in Northern Virginia, I am authorized by the Circuit Court of Virginia to officiate ceremonies in Virginia, along with officiating ceremonies in Maryland, and the District of Columbia (DC). I am also bilingual and can officiate your ceremony in English, Spanish, or both. I would love to be a part of your special day and will make it the most memorable for you and your partner. Last September, I had the honor of officiating Angela and Charles's wedding. One of the most touching moments of the day was the sand ceremony, where Angela, Charles, and their daughter symbolically blended their lives together.

Watching them pour their individual sands into one vessel—creating something beautiful and unique—was a powerful reminder of the love and unity that binds a family. It was such a joy to witness their daughter be part of this special moment, signifying not just the union of two people but the blending of a family.

Hannah and Jacob’s story began in a way neither of them could have predicted. Over four years ago, Jacob was in the middle of basic training, and one of his friends was exchanging letters with his girlfriend to stay connected. One day, that girlfriend sent a picture of herself and her friend, Hannah. As fate would have it, Jacob saw that picture, and something about Hannah caught his eye.

From then on, Jacob started sneaking little messages at the bottom of his friend’s letters such as “Tell my future girlfriend I say hi,”. At first, Hannah wasn’t entertaining it, she was just being friendly. They started exchanging letters.

On the perfect October day, surrounded by family and friends, celebrating their love. It was a love that had been nurtured by letters, patience, and the belief that no distance could ever keep them apart.
