I’m only 6 days into the month and already f u l l y booked within my availability for July. If you’ve already spoken with me and confirmed an order for this month, don’t worry.
I AM accepting orders for August and beyond, however there may be delayed response time due to upcoming business trips and vacations.
Please remember that charcuterie is not my full time gig, but with your continued loyalty it very well could be (eventually) once I get all of my ducks in a row. 😌

These were made fresh today (outside of my standard bulk order) by special request. They were requested to be gluten free so the bowls have more fresh produce included than normal, since I left out sweets & crackers. 🧡
Unfortunately, the person who ordered them did not show to pick them up and I don’t want them to go to waste. They have not been paid for. I will be requiring a deposit (especially for custom orders) from now on for first-time customers for this reason. 🙃

I had an amazing turnout for round 2 of my bulk meal prep bowl orders. I will share with you all that these are the most time-consuming, yet least profitable item on my menu currently. With that being said, as much as I’d love to do them weekly, they will probably be offered biweekly for now as I ramp up interest and do some research work on alternative supplies to increase my profit margins. Inflation is terrible for my new business right now (general supplies and food items) and I really don’t want to pass the costs onto my customers if I can help it! 🥵

This is a medium board that I made for a child’s birthday party today. I tried to keep it pretty kid-friendly and colorful so there aren’t any super funky cheeses or pickles and I went really fruit heavy. Not pictured - the sleeve of crackers included that I didn’t want to get soggy in the fridge leading up to the event. 😜
Medium boards are served on a 14” round Palm Leaf tray. They start at $75 and can be personalized for you and your guests’ tastes. If you don’t provide specific instructions (wants, likes, dislikes) and there aren’t any allergy concerns, I will create something special and fun just for you! 🧡
