Creating balloons is something i really enjoy doing, i started by doing them for friends and family and have decided to expand my business.

Please take a look x HLC balloons is a family run business, I started creating balloon ideas for family and friends. People then started to tell me how good i really was. This made me wanted to take my hobby further and try to make other people happy to. This is something i find really therapeutic and helps me manage my stress levels.
