Top Dog Merlin would like to share a trick as to how to pace the work force at Beetle Blooms ( me) It starts by dropping the ball in a container I’m using then he subscribes to plant one, throw one, etc … this game can go on for an hour 😬. Hard to resist 💜

This is me and the Chief Exec of Beetle Blooms, Merlin! His love of flowers is limited but mud, sticks and listening to the birds early morning - he’s top dog 🙂
Beetle Blooms was sparked by my love of nature . I previously worked in horticultural therapy and and have volunteered at a flower farm, both have had a huge impact on me. Last year the opportunity arose to acquire incredible land that is buzzing with wildlife. So now I feel able to pursue my dream of growing the flowers I love and sharing them them with you.
At Beetle Blooms I grow from seed to bloom and all flowers freshly cut. I want to offer the opportunity to buy local flowers sustainably. Like many others I feel it is about time we moved away from plastic wrap, pesticides, and damaging flower miles, not only
Improving my sustainability but yours too 😉.
By growing the flowers myself I can choose unusual varieties as well as the favourites and where possible I like to include wild meadow flowers from my growing patch too. From paper wrapped bunches to filling a bucket of flowers for your summer wedding or event please get in contact or follow for updates.

So lucky to share my growing space with amazing wildflowers. cowslips are traditionally found in ancient woodland and meadows, although the loss of habitat means they are less common now.
One of my seedlings had a special visitor today - Holly Blue Butterfly. It is the first of the blue butterflies to appear in spring and so tiny, ahhh sweet.
