What an exciting year for Wright Key Events! Lots of beautiful brides, fun grooms, amazing families and happily ever afters. It truly is an honor to get to know each of my clients, and bring their wedding dreams into reality.

Wright Key Events wrapped up the wedding season last weekend! What a fun year it's been! I cannot thank all my sweet couples enough for trusting me with their wedding day. Great advice from an even better photographer! Whether you choose a first look prior to the ceremony, or a traditional isle first look, your photographer and planner are here for you!

For brides that are really not wanting to do a first look—I totally get it. And I’m a sucker for them too! Here are some tips if keeping it traditional without a first look is on your radar:

1️⃣ everything is at one location. Meaning you won’t have to drive off to your reception because it’s at the same place as your ceremony.

2️⃣ You have at least a cocktail hour for all the portraits to get done. This includes family portraits, wedding party portraits, and couple portraits. That’s a lot to get done in an hour. It’s possible though if your family combinations and your wedding party isn’t too huge! However you’ll probably want more time for couple portraits and in that case I ask if I can take you guys out for ten minutes or so after you get a bite to eat!

3️⃣ this all depends on the timing of your ceremony as well as the season your wedding is in! Is this a winter wedding? This probably won’t work out well. Is this a late fall wedding? Again, this makes it hard with the sun setting earlier.

All things to think about even prior to shopping for venues! I hope this helps!

Get with your photographer or planner when it comes to set a time for your ceremony and ask for their guidance way before hand so we can help make your day exactly what you are wanting! Hope this helps! ✨

Another beautiful fall evening to celebrate a stunning couple. I mean look at this sky, it’s like God painted it for their perfect day! The photographers took full advantage of getting “Golden Hour” pictures, while I took a second to relax and appreciate all the goodness around me. The fall wedding season came to an end for me last night with another seamless event at Misty Maple Gardens. What a blessing it is to be a small part of such memorable days for all my clients!

Let me take a minute to introduce myself. My name is Rachael and I live in Northern Kentucky. I am excited to officially launch my wedding planning/coordination business! This dream of mine has slowly been growing and developing into a reality over the last few years. With every wedding I’ve coordinated and every couple I’ve helped, my passion has grown. What started as a fun way to help some friends while they navigated planning and executing their weddings, has turned into an adventure that I am so excited to be on.
Because every person getting married has different needs, I am offering multiple options to help plan your perfect day.

3 different packages will be available including:
-Full planning from time of engagement until the big day
