🥾 The Neabsco Creek Boardwalk is .75 miles and 10ft wide. It traverses Neabsco Creek, allowing hikers access to wetlands where the tall grasses and marsh filter pollution from the river and provide a rich habitat for great blue herons, wood ducks, mallards, sparrow and red-winged blackbirds, just to name a few of the winged wildlife known to populate the area.

🐾 Apart of the Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail! Which is an 800 mile network of locally managed
trails along the Potomac River from the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay to the upper Ohio River basin
in Pennsylvania. The trail system was designated by Congress in 1983 with the goal of linking trail
users to the history, culture and natural beauty of the Potomac River.

Hanging out at Algonkian Regional Park 🤙🏽 meeting some new people and playing some rad games!

We think that the best way to break the ice and enjoy a nice summer BBQ is by having something to do other than standing around with a cold one in your hand commenting to the 12th person about how the weather has been lately.

That's why we are giving away free rentals this 2022 wedding season! Giant Games are a simple and fun way to keep your wedding guests entertained. Best of all, these games can be played by kiddos and your super old Great Aunt Margie who you had to invite to make your parents happy....

Our Giant Games can be used indoors and outdoors! We will coordinate with you to organize the drop off date and time - we will set up the games - and pick them up after the wedding is over!

The winners will receive a free rental of our classic giant games: Jenga, Connect Four, Yazhtee, and Bucket Pong.

The Mamatas baby shower was a groovy Daisy theme held at Prince William Forest Park in Triangle Virginia near Quantico.

We provided the decorations, activities, giant games, meat, and camping gear!

Hey guys, let me take you on a trip with me this rainy Sunday evening. Close your eyes and imagine you're at Harpers Ferry National Historical Park in West Virginia. The summer sun is shining down warm on your face and there is a light breeze in the air. You can hear the leaves rustling above you in the trees and the sound of water rippling across rocks in the Shenandoah River nearby. You take a deep breath and embrace all the senses around you.

Then your kid yells out “Mom. I’m hungry!”

And the moment is gone, but it sure was nice while it lasted

You’re totally prepared for this situation though, right? No? Your just gonna pack up and head home? Nah. Check it, next time you’re planning a day trip to visit one of the 76 National Parks in the DMV area just follow our guide and pack the essentials.

We are talking 7 essentials you need for a successful day trip to a DMV National Park:
1: Water and enough of it for everyone to have extra
2: Snacks that are lightweight, filling, and nutritious
3: Some basic first aid supplies for scrapes
4: Sunscreen + Bug spray
5: Xtra clothes and water shoes if you plan to get wet
6: Wipes + TP + A soil bag when you need “to go” on the go
7: A map of the park so you know what they have to offer and for basic overall safety

Or wing it + pack nothing. I'd suggest you mentally prepare yourself for the meltdowns prior to parking though.

Good Sh*t Coming Soon!

Hey guys, new kid in town here! This place looks pretty cool...all my friends are here...my Mom...oh, hey Grandma! Cool. Cool. Well we are The Eclectic Oak, we do camping gear rentals and giant game rentals to the DMV and surrounding areas. (Thats Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland for all you newbies out there)

Locals only kinda stuff, sorry. We're gonna get big one day tho so hang around

We have booked our first rental gig for early August and we cant wait to share those photos and videos with you!
