We were lucky enough to cater for a local staff dining last week at Undercoat Gallery.

The team chose a two option dinner of Marinated Salmon on a Asian style edamame salad along side a dish of Dukkah crusted lamb with roasted baby carrots, feta and pomegranate.

A to the table buffet style dinner is an easy serving option when it comes to large groups. If it’s something you might be interested in knowing more about please don’t hesitate to contact one of our team, we are more than happy to help!

We are sorry for the lack of engagement on our social media over the last few months its been bloody hectic!

We are proud to announce we are back in full swing but on a much smaller scale.
Jess has moved across the big ditch to Ireland, and although will be great for international promotion and product tasting means Jen has been left to captain the ship on her own!

We are finally in a place where, with our small team are open to help you with your catering needs and are looking forward to working with you in the future.

If you are thinking of serving to a group of people whether it be large or small and would love if someone else took care of cooking, serving and the cleaning up, we are here to help.
