Despite this mix only being 40 mins, I put in the time carefully picking these tracks for their compatibility, structure and harmony with the other tracks in the set.
Any DJ can just throw some tracks together in a mix, but when time, thought and consideration is put into what tracks are picked and the relationship those tracks have with each other, that is when the best seamless listening experience can be delivered. 🎧

Firstly, let me say a big fat thank you to each and everyone of you guys for giving your time and coming to listen to my Ibiza summer style Trance Classics set last night! ☀️🎵🏝️
I absolutely loved live mixing this Bank Holiday set and I’ve had such warming feedback about the tune selections and vibe from those of you who were tuned in - thank you! 🙏
Now that’s been said, and by popular request by those present last night, here is the whole 2 hour plus set from last night which is completely mic/chat free and as always is about the music in its purity! (And as it should be)👌
If honest, this mix is probably one of the best classic mixes I have done; it flowed really well and the track selections have the beans!
In this post, I have attached a small video preview which showcases just a small fragment of the track playlist (which is computer generated), but if I’m completely honest the preview does no justice, so to really immerse yourself, you need to follow the journey beginning to end, as Trance really is about going on a journey rather than a one point destination.

Below is the HQ & mic free part 1 recording which is a nice slow bpm atmospheric style trance as it’s all about the ‘feelings’. I chose to go for nice smooth synths, soft pianos with the transcending emotions in this set.
Below is a sample of a few of the tracks. Sometimes the set review creator on hear.this does a better job than others at showcasing the better aspects of the set, in this case it didn’t do a great job if honest! 😆
