****Update to all customers waiting for October comps costumes*****

Firstly thankyou for your patience so far and for allowing me to make your costumes. I have been really struggling through my fatigue and pain this month, that coupled with issues with glue has put me behind where I would like to be at this point of the month.
However please rest assured I am doing absolutely everything I can to get orders complete and out to you by the end of next week. I'm working 16 hr days including taking work with me on zac's dance runs.
So we are all on the same page this week I'm concentrating on getting all the bases made up they have been grouped to colours and I'm working through them as fast as possible this decision was taken due to awaiting new glue to replace the faulty batch. This has now arrived and is working great 🙌🏼.
If your costume needs a fitting I will get I. Touch as soon as it is sewn up to arrange a time that suits you. As stopping to reply to messages means time away from getting the costumes finished any messages requesting updates on costumes will only be responded to once a day. This includes messages asking for photos if i'm stopping to take photos that's time away from getting your order complete I will send photos when there is something for you to see or on completion.

Anyone with urgent query's I am available to talk to you tonight between 5:15 and 6 via message, phone or in person.

Terms and Conditions.
• I don't charge for consultation or design, I will only provide an outline sketch and/or detailed description of chosen design features. However designs sketches may not be used to get the costumes made by someone else.

• Once the design has been approved any changes (unless minor) will be subject to an additional cost.

• 50% non refundable deposit is due before fabric is ordered with the remaining balance due before postage/ Collection. (Bank transfer preferred but I can accept card payments via sum up (please be aware extra processing time on postage is needed for sum up payments to clear)

•Progress photos can be sent if requested they will be sent at the following points of the costume construction. Please however trust in the process often it’s hard to visualise the final result until it is complete.
1. Completion of base leotard or set
2. Once any sewn on decoration is complete for example tassels or appliques
3. Once Rhinestone work is complete.
No other progress photos will be sent unless I need to check something with you.
•I will send photos and request final payment on completion of the costume. I reserve the right to post photos of the costume on mannequin’s on my social media this will not be done until the costume is received by yourself.

,• All costumes are made to measure as such correct measurements are important I am happy to help via video call or you can come to me in Doncaster. Detailed measurement instructions will also be sent. This clause is not applicable to dancers measured by myself.

• Alterations needed which are not due to incorrect measurements being sent are free of charge please contact me within 7 days if receiving the costume and I will do my best to help.

• Cancellations will be subject to loss of the deposit to cover my costs and I reserve the right to then put the costume up for sale.

•Final payment is due within 7 days of completion of the costume unless other arrangements have been agreed by myself .

•Where postage is required it is current done via royal mail Special (next day) Delivery.

•I love seeing photos of dancers in there costumes so please do send them me if you are happy to this is not compulsory and entirely up to you. If you do send me photos please state if you will allow permission for them to be shared to Facebook, Instagram and/or my website. If no statement is received I will ask for permission before posting.

• Payment of your Deposit will be taken as acceptance of theses terms and conditions.

I want to apologise for delayed orders I'm currently running around a week behind but after a long week at comps with my son we are now both feeling very poorly. I've spent most of the day in bed. I'm going to take the weekend and then hopefully I will be feeling up to getting in with outstanding orders and getting the next lot booked in for April comps. Thankyou for your patience.
