Happy Father’s Day! ❤️

Seeing as it’s father’s day I thought this would be a good opportunity to introduce you all to Matt, who you’ll probably see at most set ups with our 2 little monsters. He is the bouncy castle king, delivery driver and a pro at packing the van. Please be patient with him as he is currently in a job he doesn’t particularly like, never applied for and can never leave 😆 We appreciate all the hard work you put in and wouldn’t be able to do it without you! ❤️

Hey everyone, due to a few ongoing issues we have decided to change a few things going forward..

BOUNCY CASTLES - for any future bookings we are now doing INDOOR HIRE ONLY, this is because of the amount of bookings we have had to cancel last minute from the previous year due to bad weather, and also a few already this year 🤦‍♀️ We can’t set up in rain and winds over a certain speed as it is unsafe to do so, therefore we would rather lose out on a booking than potentially put people at risk. We have also lost out on quite a few potential indoor bookings on the same day. If you have already booked an outdoor hire, don’t worry this will still go ahead as planned it just applies for any future bookings ☺️

PAYMENTS - For all future bookings remaining balances should be paid NO LATER than 7 DAYS before your event is due to take place. Unfortunately we are finding more and more people are paying late or on the day (or sometimes after a booking has took place) We sometimes have multiple bookings on the same day therefore don’t have a lot of time at a set up to sort payments with people, it’s also easier for us keep track of payments when paid in advance. If balances aren’t paid on time we are within our rights to cancel your booking.

Damage deposits - We either ask for a £50 or £100 damage deposit (depending on how much equipment is hired) this can either be paid by transfer with the rest of the balance or cash on the day. We have been quite lenient over the last couple of years and still left the equipment if people had forgot cash etc, but going forward we will not be leaving the equipment without this as unfortunately we are finding we are getting more damage to our soft play and castles 😔

We only have a few dates remaining over the next couple of months, so if you are wanting to book we recommend doing it sooner rather than later as our diary is looking very busy!

Also, please be aware your date isn’t secure until we have received your deposit. 🌈
