When hiring a wedding coordinator brides what do you look for?…not sure? Let me lend some advice

When hiring a coordinator here a few things to consider.

1. Personability-Hiring a personable, friendly, and kind coordinator is important for several reasons. Your coordinator will make first contact with your guest. Make sure you hire someone that will serve them best and not avoid them.

2. Experience- no explanation needed here.

3. Flexibility- Wedding day events are bond to have impromptu moments. You will need someone that is willing to work no matter what. Figure it out..keep the show going and keep the couple happy.
