All orders are made to order specifically for you and takes time and products to make each. We will do our best to resolve any concerns and offer a credit towards a future time. CANCELLATIONS: All Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to event to receive A refund less the “SAVE T
HE DATE” fee (25% of Total). Any cancellations less than 2 weeks will be a credit for a future order. DELIVERY: All deliveries should be scheduled at the time of placing order. A last minute delivery request will result in an additional $10 delivery fee being added to your invoice. There will be a $5 delivery fee for all orders within 15 miles of Facility. Anything further will be an additional .50 cents per mile.
