If you’re planning your own wedding, do yourself a favor and at least hire a day of coordinator! Why? Let me tell ya little bit about what we do!
1. Setup
Let’s face it, you’ve put in countless hours of work to purchase, rent and create all your decor, who’s going to set it all out? Well, that’s what I’m here for 😊 Let me set up your guestbook/welcome table. Seating chart? I got you. Candles? I’ve done it a million times.
2. Vendor Management
You’re typically getting ready on your wedding day while all your vendors are arriving. With a coordinator, they are the point of contact the day-of. Sometimes vendors just want to double check where they should be setup/arrive, and that’s what I’m here for! You will get to enjoy every single moment of your morning with your wedding party while I handle the logistics.
3. Ceremony Details
Trust me, I have no doubt that your friend could send everyone down the aisle but let’s be real - if they’re invited, they should be able to enjoy the moments too and be fully present. Let me get everyone lined up and sent down the aisle. Keep in mind… I fluff dresses every single week. I promise I’ll make you look like the magical bride you are before you walk down the aisle 😉
4. Reception
Grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, prayer before dinner, getting guests through the buffet efficiently, cake cutting, toasts, bouquet toss, garter toss, private last dance, sendoff. I’ll make sure all the things you want to include, actually happen! Oh and I forgot to mention, I’ll make your dinner plates and have drinks at your seats 😏
5. Clean Up
All that decor we talked about earlier? It has to be out of the venue by the end of the night. Parents are tipsy, wedding party is drunk, and guests are heading to your after party - I will be there through clean up for you! I will assist with packing and loading up your items into vehicles. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve found MOH speeches on the ground or grandmas bracelet. These small things can left behind and I realize how important and sentimental they are. I want to make sure you have every little memory possible from your big day 🤍
