We are saddened to announce that Chalesha "Lisa" Kennedy Blake has passed. She was in the class of 92 but many of us had classes & were either friends or family to her. We would like to do a spray for her funeral. Anyone who would like to donate please let us know. It is $100+ for a fresh flower spray. We will post arrangements once we have them.

I want to take this opportunity to thank the anonymous donor that paid for everyone's meal last night. Your kindness is greatly appreciated and I know you made the servers happy too because we all became big tippers! Thank you to Dori Edwards who made the beautiful and delicious cake. Thank you to Valerie who made the shirts. A special thanks to Christa, Christy, Angie, Tasha, Johnette, and Tonya for working so hard to find everyone. Thank you for those who contributed to the paying for the cake. Thank you for your generosity Class of 1991! Y'all are the best!

October 30, 6:30 at Bill's Catfish and Steak we have the party room reserved for the class reunion with the understanding that we will overflow into the main seating. I know it isn't traditional but it is what we were able to get. I hope to see y'all there. Please share call folks and let us know if you are coming. We need to give them an approximate head count. The only cost to you is your meal. If folks split off in groups and go other places that is fine we just wanted to get together. I'm looking forward to seeing y'all.

Guys, we wanted to reach out to you, our classmates, to see where we all stood on getting together for a 30th reunion this year. And if anyone has suggestions at this point on what to do? We all understand that COVID has been rough in recent weeks/ months and we want to make reasonable and responsible choices. Should we put this off a year? Maybe just try to book a room at a restaurant and have dinner together? What are your thoughts or suggestions?

We have tentatively set October 30th which is the week of MGCCC's homecoming. We have Blaylock park reserved at this time. If anyone wants to help please let us know. Also if you know have contact with some of our classmates not on fb we would love for you to let them know. We are looking forward to seeing everyone.
