Crazy, but great! Somehow, everyone’s menus lined up, the people were so much fun, the food was amazing and my heart is full! I worked my butt off, but it was all well worth it to bring so much joy and delicious food into your homes! 💕

This weekends menu
•1st course: seared scallops, miso butter, sesame bread crumbs•
•2nd course: persimmons, burrata, prosciutto, citrus dressing, hazelnuts•
•3rd course: mushroom Ragu, pappardelle, parmesan•
•4th course: seared elk steak, parsnip purée, blackberry pan sauce•

✨WINE PAIRINGS✨

If you love wine but are unsure what to serve with dinner, this is the perfect addition to your RSMRY experience!

I have recently partnered with Paula from Taste of Class, which offers private wine tastings with a certified wine professional (Paula)! With this partnership Paula will be able to provide pairings for every course of your dinner!

We are offering two options; “The Basics”, where Paula will research the wines to pair with your selected menu and provide you with a list of wines to purchase. She will also provide basic information on each pairing so you can elevate your culinary experience. At the dinner, I will pour 3 oz of each wine with each course, as well as go over the information that Paula has provided

The second option is “The Full Taste of Class Experience” This tasting experience includes a pre-event consultation, professionally curated wine selections, tasting notes, and food pairing notes, research, and preparation. Paula will pour the wines at your dinner and talk about each pairing, along with stories about the wineries and the regions.

This is such a fun, educational wine-tasting experience for those who want to expand their knowledge and appreciation of wine.
