This is a friendly reminder that the B*W award forms need to be filled out & sent in by Feb. 1, 2023. The forms are attached to this email.
Any member of an Ohio USBC Association is eligible to be nominated for the Mary Janetto Award & Ruth Heath-Trott Award,
The Garrett Swartz Award is to recognize excellence a male member of any Ohio State USBC Association for his participation in and support of bowling at the local, district, regional, state and/or national level.
The Rilla Yeater, Leigh Betts Memorial, & Sam Levine award forms are also included. Deadline for these forms is Feb. 1, 2023.
I am attaching the B*W membership form for those that have not sent their dues this year.
I am also attaching the Ohio Association Leaders membership form for those wishing to join the newly organized club (formerly the Ohio Association Manager's Club).
The Ohio Association Leaders Club is still looking to honor your Association Manager. The Gene Myers award form is attached to this email. Deadline is March 1, 2023.
The Ohio Local Association Presidents Club membership form is attached.
The Ohio Local Association Presidents Club is looking to honor your current or past President. The Ruth Smith award form along with their membership application is attached to this email. Deadline is March 1, 2023.
