We all had a blast during a private investigation at the The Haunted Shanley Hotel in Napacoch, New York. We had an amazing (and eventful) evening with friends and the spirits of the hotel. Some of us were investigating until after 7am as Joe on the third floor was very active. We can't wait to return to this amazing and very haunted location!

What a way to close out our 2022 investigation season! It was an INCREDIBLE evening at Ventfort Hall Mansion and Gilded Age Museum! It was the most active I've seen in all our years there. Every room was a hotbed of paranormal activity from beginning to end! It was an absolute pleasure to explore the mansion with our guests last night. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for coming out and joining us and allowing us to do what we love. We could not do this without you. Many of our guests names were called out by spirits of their loved ones - that's always inspiring. We heard from our friends from the mansion Ella, Annie Shaw, Bruuuuuuce, the Morgans - and surpringly, a cooperative Suzie! Guests were getting touched, both groups heard phantom piano notes and many people felt a lot of energy in each room. Before the event, a soon-to-be bride and groom taking photos at the mansion were shocked to see a shadow figure move on the second floor. I heard the commotion and chuckled. Yes. Ventfort is haunted! The event could not have been as successful without the help of my daughter (and heir to this venture) Amber, Haley and the volunteers from Venfort. This was our last group event in 2022. Never fear, we will be back in 2023 at our usual haunts, AND a surprise for 2023. We will announce that as plans finalize. Thank you to all who joined us in 2022! See you next year!!!

It was another incredible evening at Fort Adams last night. I would like to thank everyone for making last night's "A Spirited Evening at Fort Adams" such a fun event! We had guests see multiple shadow figures, one was touched outside of the tunnels, a teddy bear flopping over for no apparent reason and some very surprising Phasmabox responses were highlights of the evening. My thanks to Amber for helping me during the event. My friends, Mike and Jenna from Fort Adams, Rob from Fort Adams for setting all of this up - thank you! But, we can't have these amazing adventures without the guests who show up - so from the bottom of my heart - THANK YOU! We have one more public group investigation left in 2022, Oct 29 at Ventfort Hall in Lenox, Mass.

Another incredible adventure at Ventfort Hall Mansion and Gilded Age Museum ! As we were leaving, the moonlit sky and the silhouette of Ventfort was a stunning sight. Rebecca Anne LoCicero once again amazed guests with her Messages from Heaven presentation. Then we had another great investigation with so many wonderful guests. We were surprised when we asked the spirit of the little girl what her name was, and she told us "My name is Ella." Finally, after all those years of trying!! A guest took a photo with a shadowy figure in Mr. Morgan's room. A photo we tried to recreate without success. Mr. Morgan's room was very active for the second group I had in there. Another surprise was in the billiard room when we heard the residual sound of billiards balls hitting one another. I had run into an interesting phenomenon in the dining room where I felt pulled towards something everytime I walked into an area of energy (We had an experience like this years ago in the nursery in which six or seven guests were swaying in unison for some unknown reason).

I need to thank Rebecca for her amazing group presentation and we are so grateful that we are friends. I need to thank Ventfort Hall for these amazing opportunities. Thank you Haley and Nancy for all your hard work as hosts and for leading the second group. Thank you Christiana for your help!

But, the biggest thank you is for all the guests. We cannot have these adventures without you. It was another awesome group of brave and interested people. It was a pleasure providing all of you a distraction from this crazy world for a few hours. You also help with our mission of preserving historic locations. I cannot thank you all enough and it is my sincere hope to see you all again in the future at another of our events! And thank you for another sold-out event!

Next week, we're at Fort Adams in Newport, RI (sold out). We will return to Ventfort on Saturday, October 29 (just in time for Halloween! Tickets still available).
