✨means separating emotions from criticism, feedback, or situations.

✨ It implies that the actions or comments of others are often about their issues, not your worth or abilities.

✨ It helps to maintain emotional distance

✨ Encouraging staying calm and not reacting emotionally to negative feedback criticism,

✨ Especially if that person is angry and being rude to you

❌ Take Sofia, for example; we might assume she's not proactive or lazy, but the reason behind is other.

✅ It's essential to learn to identify these behaviours accurately

✅ and then take appropriate actions based on understanding.

✨ For instance, the Spanish phrase 'estar preocupado,' translating to 'being worried' in English, carries an interesting nuance.

✨ Although in English already, 'preoccupation' is used, indicating a deep concern or fixation.

✨ The prefix 'pre-' suggests anticipation, implying our minds are occupied before the actual event occurs.

✨Typically, worries stem from thoughts about future events, occupying our minds with concerns yet to happen.
