How many of you throw out the trimmings from your chicken? I definitely did this until I realized you could use it for your four legged family members! Tonight I used the dehydration mode on the Air Fryer to dehydrate the chicken trimmings as a treat for my puppy! I'm so excited for them to be done so he can start enjoying his homemade chicken jerky!! The air fryer doesn't just air fry!!! Who wants it 60% off?

Fresh tomato marinara! Using my cooking blender! Need an easy way to take of the tomatoes skin:

Line cooking pan with parchment paper. Cut tomatoes in half and place them cut side down. Bake at 350-400 for 30 min or until the tomato skins crack and wrinkle. Let cool down slightly and you will be able to easily peel the skin from the rest of the tomato.

I placed my skin tomatoes into my cooking blender with sugar (cuts the acidity), fresh basil, 5 cloves or garlic (adjust to how many tomatoes you have), salt, pepper, and some Italian seasoning. Hit sauce mode and that's it!! Fresh marinara ready to can or freeze! When you Reheat the sauce to use just adjust the taste to your liking by adding more sugar if it's too acidic, salt, or garlic powder are my go to's.

Egg white, spinach, jalapeño and onion bites. Perfect breakfast for the go!

3 cups- egg whites
1- jalapeño seeded and diced
1 cup- mozzarella
1- small onion diced
1 cup spinach chopped
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Parmesan cheese for the top

In a large measuring cup measure out 3 cups of egg whites. Add your diced ingredients and mix together. Add in salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spray your pan (cupcake or brownie pan) and fill each cup evenly with the mixture. Top with parmesan cheese. Place in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes (may be more or less depending on your oven). Remove and wrap each bite individually and place in freezer 😀

Reheat: wrap your egg bite in a paper towel and microwave for 1.5 - 2 minutes or until hot all the way through. Bon Appétit!

Dinner tonight was a cauliflower Alfredo sauce made in the Deluxe Cooking Blender served with Zoodles and topped with pan seared chicken I made in the Stainless Steel pan and basil! 😄 Delicious!
