Church Stay Alberta Airbnb, Catering Services & Educational Classes We are so lucky to have this beautiful sanctuary and we want to share it with you!

Church Stay Alberta is a bed and breakfast, vacation apartment, learning space and event venue available on Airbnb, Mister B&B, Homestay and Vrbo. Once upon a time it was Christchurch Anglician Church but over the years the congregation dwindled and it closed. In Fall 2021our fairytale came true and we got to buy this wonderful building. We wanted to preserve it for new generations by making it in

to a useful resource for the community again. In 2022 we opened it up to the public. The accomadation currently sleeps up to six. Guests can enjoy sole use of the main floor open plan apartment with two queen bedroom areas and up to 4 airbeds for use in the giant apartment space. You can cook in the big kitchen and enjoy a meal in the dining area. You can work out in a gym zone or relax in the lounge space with big screen smart TV and DVD movie library. Visit the World's Tiny Titanic Museum in the bathroom. Check out our lil' gift shoppe. Relax year round in the hot tub or massage chair. In summer cook on the BBQ and eat in the outdoor dining space with attractive kitchen garden. You can also preach from the pulpit and play the church organ! The apartment has a wood burning stove and full central heating so remains cozy all year. And in summer it has plenty of fans to keep you cool. We provide a self serve continental breakfast for you to enjoy at a time to suit you which includes cereals, fruit, home baking and more! We love having guests to stay and last year our Airbnb visitors paid for four new windows in the church and for four original windows to be double glazed, so thank you! In 2023 with help from Airbnb visitors we have more new windows and we plan to restore the bell tower into another funky guestroom. 🧀🥨Check out this office lunch catering we did today with Charcuterie cups followed by bite-size carrot cakes and lil' cookies. As well as our usual meats and cheeses we also added a hard boiled egg with everything bagel seasoning. 🥨🧀🫒

This summer we've been investigating tourism and sustainability in Germany and Austria. Check out these 1972 original Tiny Homes in Munich's Olympic Park. These lil' homes were created as the Olympic Village. They housed the athletes during the games. At the end of each block are all the names of the athletes who stayed there.

Allocation of the accomadation was alphabetical so the World's athletes were randomly mixed up. The lil' houses like the rest of Olympic Park are a protected historic site. Following the games the housing and nearby sports courts have been used for the city's students. And, as you can see the students have been allowed to paint the tiny homes. Like so much of Munich they reflect a lively spirit, creativity and attitude of preservation and respect for the past. #1972 🇩🇪

If you've stayed in our spacious luxury church conversion you know that we currently have two nano aquariums for guests to enjoy. This one is in the dining area and another one in our World's Tiniest Titanic Museum/ bathroom. Studies have show that just watching fish reduces stress and anxiety.
